Since Valentines first opened the doors of their first branch in Wallasey there has been a huge investment into creating an innovative rental department that will have a clear, fresh approach to the methodology involved in the letting and management of both commercial and residential property.  Lettings are – for the un-initiated a minefield of legislation and law and for many Landlords time consuming and costly when they should not be.

Hence the reason for Valentines investment.  We are aiming to provide for our clients a profitable, trouble free service during the course of our instruction.  To Landlords who are new to Lettings we have produced an ‘idiots guide’ handbook as to how to be a successful Landlord, giving you simple but accurate advice that is updated on a daily basis to ensure compliance in all areas.  Our staff are all fully trained and are on hand at all times to answer your queries or assist with any issues you may have during the course of your contract with ourselves.

To ensure that a service is provided that fits with all requirements you may have as a Landlord Valentines have created the Silver, Gold and Platinum service – tailored to meet the needs of every busy Landlord.  With discounts on all schemes available for multiple instructions.

On offer to all Landlords whether current clients or not is our ‘help desk’.  This is manned at all times during our standard opening hours and provides free legal advice should you be experiencing difficulties with a Tenant or to answer any general Letting issues that you may have.

Valentines have also developed – over the years a first class checking service for tenants and guarantors.  This system will effectively grade your tenants as to any risk involved in offering them a Tenancy.

During the course of a Tenancy or during the refurbishment period you may find that time is short, if that is the case Valentines are happy to project manage your work, charges are variable and are available on application.
